ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Duties You will plan and execute program financials, including supporting the planning of financial budgets, documenting financial acceptance, and monitoring and tracking planned and actual incoming funding. You will plan, create, and assign charge objects for financial execution. You will monitor and track financial execution. You will identify and assess risk of stop work for both government and contractor employees. You will submit and track procurement and incremental funding modification requisitions. You will create and implement process improvements in the areas of program financial planning, management, and tracking. You will prepare and execute internal and external program financial reviews. You will research, collate, organize, and evaluate/analyze data to prepare action item responses, reports, and presentations. You will perform analysis of business system or tool requirements to identify the impacts and recommend potential process changes and/or additional training. You will review and analyze quantitative data to prepare recurring and special reports, statistical evaluations, briefings, and assist in maintaining the financial health of programs. You will lead all incoming Division billing accounts payable actions, including assigning tasks and compiling timely responses. U.S. Marine Corps
