Construction Project Manager

Overview Cash Construction, a MasTec Company, is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who isn't just looking to manage another project-but wants the opportunity to make a mark, lead from the front, and build a legacy. As the single point of responsibility for project success , you'll lead your team from acquisition and pre-construction through execution and close-out, driving the outcomes that matter most: safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction. You'll have the opportunity to take on large, high-impact infrastructure projects , influence how the work gets done, develop people, build client relationships, and leave your fingerprints on projects that will serve communities for decades. We're looking for leaders with: 5-7+ years of Project Management experience on large civil or utility infrastructure projects, ideally $100M+ Experience in Heavy Civil, Water/Wastewater, Utilities, Roadways, Bridges, and/or Pipelines Strong command of field execution, scheduling, financial management, scope management, and project controls The leadership presence to build high-performing teams and earn the trust of clients, field leaders, and stakeholders A mindset focused on ownership, accountability, and getting things done This isn't just another PM role.
