Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift 3x12.0This is a 13-week contract position.Night shift, 3x12.0 hours.The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by ensuring adherence to the nursing care plan. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, along with providing guidance to orientees, to enhance the quality of patient care.ResponsibilitiesConduct nursing assessments for all patients within 8 hours of admission, forming the basis of an individualized plan of care.Identify educational needs and goals in collaboration with patients and families as well as with the interdisciplinary team.Participate in the patient rehabilitation program and ensure quality patient outcomes through the nursing process of assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care.Initiate discharge planning and patient teaching from the day of admission.Provide timely updates on patient conditions to support continuity of care.Offer direction, training, and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel and delegate accordingly.Ensure compliance with safety standards related to patient handling, infectious disease control, and environmental safety.Engage in professional development through continuing education and active self-study.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureBLS Certification required prior to first shift.ACLS certification required prior to first shift for specific units.Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience preferred.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
