Lead HVAC Service Technician

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead HVAC Service Technician, located in Memphis, TN pay scale $28-$38/hr based on experience. The Lead HVAC Service Technician will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, training team members, and collaborating with customers to provide exceptional service. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage projects and deliver quality results. Qualifications Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, chillers, and boilers Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex system issues Skilled in customer communication and the ability to provide exceptional service Leadership abilities for managing and training team members on-site Knowledge of safety guidelines, building codes, and energy-efficient practices Additional experience with gas piping, refrigeration units, and fresh air ventilation equipment is a plus Valid HVAC certification and a valid driver’s license High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical certifications or training is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
