You will oversee event setups and breakdowns, coordinate with vendors, manage on‑site staff, and provide a point of contact for attendee inquiries. You will also: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service. Follow safety protocols and conduct pre‑event inspections. Troubleshoot any challenges that arise. Prioritize tasks, manage time, and adapt to changing circumstances. Maintain event momentum through proactive problem‑solving.
