Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy interventions according to the OT plan of care
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Assist with patient and family education to support functional independence
• Communicate patient status to the supervising OT
• Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
• Help patients develop and restore functional independence

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active state COTA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills
• Ability to follow state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
