President and Chief Executive Officer

The client is seeking an authentic, inspirational leader to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The role provides chief executive and strategic leadership for the organization responsible for promoting Fort Worth as a leading business and leisure destination, supporting tourism and conventions, and contributing to economic development. The President and CEO will advance the organization’s mission to build a better Fort Worth through tourism, including oversight of related initiatives and commissions. Responsibilities include providing visionary leadership, ensuring financial and operational integrity, cultivating strong relationships with public and private stakeholders, and representing the organization at local, state, and national levels in a highly visible, public-facing capacity. The role requires a balance of strategic planning, community engagement, organizational leadership, and fiscal stewardship. The client works with a range of strategic partners, and the CEO is expected to collaborate effectively to support growth and impact in tourism and hospitality-driven economic activity.
