RBT Job Description Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. This position is for candidates who already hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Applicants must have an active RBT certification at the time of application. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.
