About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with GSK SOLUTIONS INC to find a qualified IMC RN in Utica, New York, 13501!

We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for an Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU/PCU). The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in managing high-acuity patients and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Unit Details:

• Patient Population: Adults (18+)
• Common Diagnoses: COPD, DKA, Sepsis, MI, CV step-down, post-operative cases
• Equipment Used: Temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines (A-lines), BiPAP, Neptune Vapo
• Ventilator Support: Chronic vents (Respiratory Therapy support available)
• Unit Size: 64 beds (including 15 designated neuro beds)

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of recent IMCU/PCU experience
• Active NY RN License 
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Travel experience preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Willingness to float as required
