Job Details Job Location: Lafayette YMCA - Lafayette, CO 80026 Position Type: Part Time Salary Range: $15.86 - $15.86 Hourly Overview The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking Customer Relations Specialists for our opening shift five mornings a week. Positions are part-time and year-round. If you are an early riser and enjoy a beautiful sunrise, this would be the perfect way to start your day. We offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English. Qualifications Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift. Customer Service and Sales Experience preferred. Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful. Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency). Intermediate computer skills required. Visual Acuity The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
