About the Role
The Cloud Infrastructure Construction Environmental Compliance team is seeking a Project Manager to oversee environmental permit compliance for Data Center construction projects.
Job Title
Environmental Compliance Lead (Data Center)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with subject-matter experts to ensure compliance with Environmental Requirements
- Manage environmental and construction consultants supporting site inspections
- Identify and mitigate issues related to environmental compliance during construction
- Support regulatory agency, stakeholder, and community engagement activities
- Develop and submit required reports and inspections
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations related to Clean Water Act sections 402, 401, and 404
- Experience in managing environmental permits for construction projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- Region-specific experience in Reno, Nevada
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating with Permit Managers and construction teams
- Knowledge of stormwater, wetlands, threatened species, and air compliance
- Experience in engaging with regulatory agencies and communities
- Ability to develop environmental risk mitigations for construction projects

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual Salary for this position is between [$160,000 – $175,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
