Job Summary: The Yard Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of yard operations, equipment, and personnel. The Yard Supervisor must ensure that the yard is operating in an efficient, productive, and safe manner at all times. Pay for this Role: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Keep yard in orderly condition.
- Maintain security over products entering and leaving the yard.
- Supervise and train drivers in safe driving and unloading at jobsites.
- Train employees in customer service skills and how to give outstanding
- Attend training sessions to learn and keep current on products we sell.
- Educate employees and customers on the products we sell.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and warranty issues.
- Train employees on store procedures for loading, unloading, delivering and

- Oversee yard organization, product security, and dispatch operations to

- Ability to teach, coach, and mentor staff.
- Knowledge of applicable Safety, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
- Forklift experience required; CDL preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and other business
