Job Responsibilities:
•Provide sign language interpretation for students in classroom instruction, meetings, and school activities
•Facilitate communication between students, teachers, staff, and peers
•Support students' access to educational content and classroom participation
•Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical interpreting standards
•Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure student success
•Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by the school district

Requirements
•Active certification or credentials required for Sign Language Interpreters in Washington
•Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) and interpretation skills
•Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work effectively within a collaborative educational team
