You'll have the opportunity to deliver full-scope family medicine in a supportive, multi-disciplinary setting that includes physicians, nurses, behavioral health, and dental teams, all dedicated to advancing whole-person care.

Salary: $520-$675 daily rate.

Schedule: Fill In on any workday based on clinic needs and your availability...Monday -Friday, 8 am-5 pm

***Must be eligible to apply for 103 NP certification by BRN; if not already approved***

What You'll Do:

• Providing excellent primary care for every member of our community from newborns to seniors in an outpatient setting
• Being a part of a forward-thinking integrated care model with high collaboration and support between departments

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years outpatient experience.
• Valid CA Nurse Practitioner license with 103NP certification
• Board Certified.
