Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Schedule Type: 3 x 12 Hours

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS

REQUIREMENTS
- Current RN License
- Stroke Certification

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess and plan for direct clinical care to assigned patients.
- Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate care responsibilities.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Support the facility's leadership to maintain safety and care standards.
- Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Scrubs (RN): Ceil blue or white
- Scrubs (CNA): Hunter green
- Contact House Supervisor for nursing cancellations.
- Patient ratios: 1:7 or 1:8 Nurse to Patient in certain units.
