Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new middle-market Employee Benefits accounts (100 – 1000 lives ).
- Consult with executives on cost containment, compliance, plan design, and wellness strategies.
- Partner with internal account management and marketing teams to drive long-term client retention.
- Aggressive Compensation: Highly competitive commission splits backed by a guaranteed base salary .
