Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Senior Living

• Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available; working shifts are 6:00am–6:30pm or 6:00pm–6:30am

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality care to residents
• Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
• Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
• Implement and evaluate care interventions
• Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop individualized care plans

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Active LPN license required
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
