\n Job Summary:\n

\n

\n The Shift Maintenance Technician supports the production team by maintaining equipment, assisting with machine setups, resolving production issues, and ensuring quality standards are met. This hands-on role is critical to the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations.\n

\n

\n

\n Job Duties:\n

\n

\n
• Maintain and troubleshoot production and material handling equipment
\n
• Assist with equipment startup and shutdown processes
\n
• Inspect products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
\n
• Support machine setup and adjustment for various product models
\n
• Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and team-focused work environment
\n

\n

\n Pay: $20.00 – $52.00 per hour, depending on experience\n

\n

\n
\n

\n

\n Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm \n

\n

\n  \n

\n

\n Experience or Skill Requirements:\n

\n

\n
• 6+ months of mechanical, maintenance, or production-related experience
\n
• Ability to perform equipment setups and basic troubleshooting
\n
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
\n
• Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
\n
• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training a plus
\n
