This in-person Speech-Language Pathologist position is ideal for dedicated clinicians seeking a manageable caseload within a supportive educational environment. You’ll provide essential speech and language services across multiple school buildings, stepping into a role previously served virtually and now transitioning to in-person to better support students’ unique communication needs. The assignment is specifically noted for its ease and low-behavior student population.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (Oregon state)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in a school setting, working with K-12 caseloads
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, educators, and families
• Flexibility to travel between buildings as needed
• Ability to maintain thorough records and documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a K-12 student population
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress, provide student support, and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
• Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding student progress and recommendations
