Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Clinic Description Ellie Mental Health is hiring an outpatient mental health therapist for its Woodbridge, Virginia location. As an Outpatient Therapist you will help improve and expand access to quality mental health care. Responsibilities Include Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation per company policy. Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with a team to further the mission. Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session according to company guidelines. Maintain a minimum caseload of 30 client visits per week for full‑time status. Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, school staff, and other Ellie staff as needed. Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings. Complete any additional required duties. Required Qualifications And Skills Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution, and on track to obtain licensure in the designated field. Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, etc.) required. Experience with completing diagnoses, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner. Comfort with a diverse client base. Proficiency in Office 365 and electronic health record systems (Valant experience a plus). Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels. Bi‑lingual ability a plus. Preferred Qualifications And Skills Experience with adults, couples, and families. General knowledge of outpatient therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing. Certification in specialty treatment modalities. What We Have To Offer Competitive salary (approximately $65,000–$90,000 per year, plus commissions on claims).
