RN Executive Director Specialist – HospiceExpand Access. Lead Markets. Transform Care.We are seeking a RN Executive Director Specialist – Hospice to join our leadership team. This role acts as the administrator on call and is responsible for the overall operation of assigned markets, including the employment of qualified hospice staff and the delivery of high-quality services across multiple sites. The Executive Director Specialist RN will provide leadership and stability by filling in across markets, ensuring consistent compliance, quality, and patient care standards.What You'll Do as Executive Director Specialist – RN:Serve as the Administrator on record at assigned hospice agenciesOversee the day-to-day operations including staffing, compliance, patient services, and performance improvementDrive clinical quality and ensure services meet Medicare Conditions of Participation, state hospice regulations, and Gentiva standardsLead, coach, and support hospice care teams to meet patient-centered goalsManage operational budgets with full P&L responsibilityCollaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure smooth transitions and sustainable team performanceTravel up to 100% throughout the region to provide onsite leadershipAbout You:Qualifications – What You'll Bring:Registered Nurse (RN) with current license in the state of residence3–5 years of leadership or sales/management experience, preferably in hospice or healthcareExperience with Medicaid/Medicare regulations and reimbursementStrong understanding of hospice operations and regulatory complianceAble to work independently and travel frequentlyEffective communicator with strong decision-making and time management skillsHighly proficient with technology and digital platformsDemonstrates professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality carePreferred Experience (Not Required): Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptedCompensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate's location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.
