Job Title: Shift General Production Worker

Job Description

This entry-level production role involves performing a variety of general labor and material handling tasks in an industrial environment. You will support daily operations by preparing workstations, handling materials, using hand and power tools for finishing work, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and flexibility to adapt to changing shift start times based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with the production team to prepare and set up skilled working stations before and during each shift.
• Perform manual material handling duties, including moving, loading, and positioning materials as needed for production.
• Use hand tools and power tools to perform finishing work on products according to quality and safety standards.
• Clean and maintain workstations to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working in an industrial environment.

1st and 2nd shift available

$17-18/hr

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Midland,PA.
