This role ensures Avangrid is operationally and commercially prepared to participate in EDAM or Markets+ in a compliant, effective, and value‐driven manner.**Key Responsibilities*** Interpret market tariffs, business practice manuals, and readiness requirements* Translate market rules into: + Internal day‐ahead bidding frameworks + Market participation rules for generation and BA operations* Own and maintain the EDAM or Markets+ implementation and readiness checklist* Coordinate readiness testing, trial operations, and parallel operations* Interface regularly with Legal, Regulatory, Transmission, Trading, and Operations* Track market rule changes and ensure timely internal adoption**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or relevant experience in a related field* 8–12 years of experience in power markets, market design, or market operations* Direct experience interpreting wholesale market tariffs or implementation requirements**Preferred Qualifications*** Market rules literacy and regulatory interpretation* Program management and implementation planning* Cross‐functional coordination* Documentation and process design* Comfort operating in ambiguous and evolving market environments#LI-Onsite#LI-VF1**Company:**AVANGRID POWER, LLC**Mobility Information**Please note that any applicant who is not a citizen of the country of the vacancy will be subject to compliance with the applicable immigration requirements to legally work in that country.At Avangrid we provide fair and equal employment and advancement opportunities for all employees and candidates regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, protected veteran status or any other status protected by federal, state, or local law.
