Firehouse Subs Restaurant Manager

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs® Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
• Knowledge and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs® Policies and Procedures
• Ensuring profitability of business by operating shifts within established guidelines
• Providing leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness
• Assisting the GM in coordinating and implementing operations game plans and company initiatives
• Participating in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees
• Ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely completion of all required programs, reports and legal documents
• Implementing and promoting all Public Safety Foundation initiatives
• Representing Firehouse Subs® in a professional, positive manner at all times
• Communicating effectively to the GM and HQ Office Personnel all issues that may impact business
• Ability to work on feet for up to 13 hours at a time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Any other duties assigned by GM/Owner
• Valid Driver's License and Insurance
• Ability to perform outside Marketing for Catering Sales and Restaurant growth
• Prepare and perform inventory
• Valid Serv-Safe Food Manager's certification within 30 days of hire date
• Make the Guest number 1
