Empire Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Lead Technician to oversee upkeep and repairs across communities in the Central Florida Area. You will assist managers by assessing and completing maintenance projects and providing cost estimates. The role requires fluent English/Spanish, a valid US driver's license, and at least 3 years of handyman experience with drywall, power washing, painting, grout, doors, and caulking.
