Requirements:- Advanced operator with 11 + years of professional experience in marketing and/or leadership- The intention to be compensated based on performance (not hours at a desk)- Highly coachable self starter with a positive mental attitude- Have the goal to make multiple 6 figures a year- Professional and personable communication style- Strong communication skills (in writing, on the phone & with video conferencing)- True willingness to change, integrate feedback, and consistently improve
