TRC Talent Solutions helps clients build and scale through Contract Staffing, Direct Hire, Specialized Consulting, and RPO, with a consultative approach that drives growth for our partners.

The Role

We're seeking a high-energy business developer to lead our Advanced Manufacturing vertical across Upstate AL. The right candidate must live in the Huntsville, AL area. This is a pure hunting role. You'll win and grow accounts, then hand job orders to our recruitment and account management team so you can keep building your pipeline.

What You'll Do

Prospect and close new mid-market manufacturing accounts through targeted outreach and industry networking
Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage outreach, track activity, and book meetings with C-suite and plant leaders
Sell TRC's full portfolio to solve workforce and engineering talent challenges
Hand off new accounts smoothly to Relationship Managers and Recruiters
Join at least two industry organizations (e.g., SCMEP, SCAC) and pursue leadership roles
Follow TRC's sales methodology from first contact through contract and account growth

What You Bring

5+ years of B2B services sales, building client relationships from scratch
Confidence engaging C-suite, VPs, GMs, and Operations Directors
Knowledge of staffing, recruiting, or HR solutions (a strong plus)
Persistence, business acumen, and high emotional intelligence
Sales tech proficiency; Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
Bachelor's degree required (Business or Psychology preferred)
Local travel across Huntsville/Upstate AL

Success Metrics

10+ executive discovery meetings per week
Full, consistent CRM adoption
Active leadership in 2+ manufacturing associations
Steady pipeline progress into job orders and long-term partnerships
