Supporting the sales organization, the full-time salaried Sales Operations Partner will focus on data analysis, Salesforce optimization, and reporting to enhance pipeline efficiency and maintain data accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Improve sales processes to increase pipeline efficiency and conversion Maintain Salesforce data accuracy across accounts, opportunities, and pipeline Build and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and sales performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or a related role Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce reporting Experience supporting forecasting and pipeline management processes Familiarity with tools such as Gong and Power BI
