Forklift Operator
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator to join our team in Western, MA. In this role, you will be a key player in our shipping and receiving department, responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of all items.
- Perform daily safety checks on the forklift and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location (Northampton, MA), specific job duties, and certifications.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a forklift operator.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
