Setting‑Specific Schedules Home Health: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday Acute Care: Rotating weekends and holidays Post‑Acute: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Position Overview Provide screening, evaluation, treatment, and education for patients with speech and language disorders, cognitive‑communication impairments, and voice and fluency disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain compliance with ASHA professional standards. Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Educate patients and families to support continuity of care. Requirements Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Active Florida SLP license or ability to obtain prior to relocation. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (CFY candidates considered if eligible). Current AHA BLS certification (valid for at least 90 days post‑hire). Strong clinical and communication skills.
