Evening Assistant Manager 17Hour with Tips

Mancino's Pizza and Grinders is an upscale sandwich shop and pizzeria. We offer both dine in and carry out service for our clientele, but we do not deliver. We have been in business for 33 years and have an outstanding reputation in our community. Our restaurant has won numerous awards over the years for its delicious menu items. We offer a safe and pleasant environment for employees to work in. We are not a late night business. We close at 8:00 pm on Sundays, 9:00 pm Monday - Thursday and 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday. We do not serve alcohol. Position: Evening Assistant Night Manager Pay: $16/Hour for first 60 days and $17/Hour after 60 Days. Regular pay raise schedule Job Responsibilities Ensures customer service is a priority. Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly in stock and stored. Accurate order taking, includes repeating order to customer at time of order. Closing down the dining room and restrooms. Assists with opening and closing restaurant duties and re-stocking. Maintains a solid knowledge of product and services available. Creates a safe and pleasant working environment. Prepares and maintains food products in accordance with health regulations and company standards. Work diligently with night staff and keep everyone on track. Job Qualifications Looking for positive, high energy individuals. Must be friendly and professional towards customers and each other at all times. Timely and punctual attendance. No experience necessary and must be 18.
