Responsibilities Communicate with guests Interact with other service and cooking staff to ensure speedy and effective operations so guests receive their food as quickly and accurately as possible. Work with money on a daily basis Provide a friendly and caring experience for every guest that comes into the restaurant, upholding the restaurant’s hospitality standards Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items, etc. Skills Communication Organization Customer service Patience Physical stamina Neat appearance Memory for patrons and their orders #J-18808-Ljbffr
