Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department, working night shifts (7 pm - 7 am). Responsibilities Include Providing patient-centered, evidence-based care through the nursing process, ensuring safety and individualized treatment. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams via effective communication methods like rounds and patient teaching. Promoting teamwork, respectful environment, and supporting performance improvement initiatives. Serving as a preceptor or mentor to foster a competent workforce and modeling professional nursing practice. Engaging in research, quality improvement, and developing protocols to enhance patient outcomes. Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred. Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact). Certifications: BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS, valid upon hire. Minimum of 5 years RN experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and computer skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond decisively to emergencies.
