Qualifications include 2+ years of leadership experience in retail or automotive services, strong communication and leadership skills , and a proven record of achieving sales goals . Preferred candidates may have automotive technician experience and must possess a valid driver's license. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds , and working in environments with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
