We are hiring CDL A Drivers for Home Daily positions hauling dry van freight with no-touch deliveries. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers and recent CDL A graduates seeking consistent miles, daily home time, and competitive weekly earnings.

Drivers can expect dedicated regional routes throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois, including runs to Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Chicagoland, and surrounding areas. Freight consists primarily of paper products and all loads are 100% no-touch.

With flexible start times, steady freight, performance bonuses, and home daily schedules, this position offers the stability and work-life balance drivers are looking for.

Hiring is available for drivers living within 40 miles of Green Bay, Appleton, Manitowoc, Shawano, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis.

Duties

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer hauling dry van freight.

• Transport no-touch freight to customers throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and surrounding markets.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.

• Ensure timely and safe deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates and delivery schedules.

• Accurately maintain ELD logs and required transportation documentation.

• Follow all company safety policies and FMCSA regulations.

• Report equipment issues and maintenance concerns promptly.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL License

• Must live within 40 miles of Green Bay, Appleton, Manitowoc, Shawano, Milwaukee, or Minneapolis

• No CDL experience required

• Recent CDL A Graduates are encouraged to apply

• Ability to pass DOT drug screen and background requirements

• No DUI, DWI, or OWI convictions within the past 7 years

• No more than 1 non-serious moving violation within the last 12 months

• No more than 2 non-serious moving violations within the last 3 years

• No more than 1 non-serious preventable accident within the last 12 months

• No more than 2 non-serious accidents within the last 2 years

• SAP drivers may be considered if the program has been successfully completed and driving privileges have been fully reinstated

Benefits

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,500+

• Average Base Pay: Approximately $1,100 per week

• Additional Accessorial Pay: $400+ per week

$0.48 CPM for New CDL Graduates
$0.52 CPM for Experienced Drivers
Milwaukee Area Drivers:
$0.51 CPM for New Drivers
$0.55 CPM for Experienced Drivers

Schedule

• Home Daily

• Flexible Start Times Typically Between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM
