What You'll Do

• Lead and assist with engaging resident activities, including:
• bingo
• crafts
• music
• games
• group activities
• holiday events
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and enhance their daily quality of life
• Transport residents safely to and from activities
• Assist with special events, outings, and celebrations
• Support activity calendars, planning, and documentation
• Work closely with the Activities Director and interdisciplinary care team

What You'll Need

• Active CNA certification (required)
• Positive, energetic, and compassionate personality
• Passion for working with seniors
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependability and strong attendance
• Ability to assist with resident mobility and remain active throughout the shift
• Flexibility to work every other weekend
