Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 2 years of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years). Travel experience is required. Requirements Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted. Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted. Special Requests Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.The facility may make one-off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but exceptions must be approved by St. Luke’s Health System.Block scheduling is attempted but not guaranteed. Floating Requirements The float pool includes ER, ICU, MedSurg, Tele, L&D/PP, and NICU across Boise, Meridian, and Nampa; RNs float only within their specialty and never to a lower-acuity unit.Travelers are first to float and may float midshift to different units and facilities whenever needed.Travelers may be assigned to any facility as 1:1 sitters in any area.Hospital and unit assignments are provided through an app one hour before each shift.The hospitals are approximately 20 minutes apart.ICU coverage includes two ICUs in Boise, one in Meridian, and one in Nampa; Nampa generally has lower-acuity ICU patients.
