Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Women's Services team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Labor & Delivery, Mother-Baby care, Pediatric, and Gynecology. This position involves providing comprehensive and compassionate care in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns.
• Conduct assessments and develop individual care plans.
• Monitor maternal and fetal health and respond to emergency situations.
• Support mothers during postpartum recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery with charge experience required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, AWHON, and fetal monitoring.
