Job Description The 4 state Insurance Agency in Fort Scott is hiring Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Our insurance agency is located in Girard; KS and we are excited to be expanding into Fort Scott! As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, processing claims, and providing information about our insurance products. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and has excellent communication skills. • Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, claims, and coverage options.
• Process policy applications, renewals, and modifications.
• Assist clients in filing claims and follow up on the status.
• Maintain customer records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
• Must hold, or be willing to obtain, an active Property & Casualty insurance license in their resident state.
• Must hold, or be willing to obtain, an active Life & Health insurance license in their resident state.
