Culinary Manager

A stable and growing brand is seeking a Culinary Manager to join their team! The Culinary Manager should have experience leading a scratch kitchen and appreciation for the product. They work closely with the team members to drive operational excellence and best-in-class guest satisfaction. Must have a desire to engage with the guests on a daily basis. Culinary Manager Requirements: Strong background in working in a Scratch Kitchen and leading a team of more than 20 employees Supporting Recruitment and Retention of team members by creating a culture focused on its people as the #1 asset Training and Development procedures as the primary key to success and future growth Daily Supervision of the hourly team members, providing feedback and support in a timely manner Strong lens around Flawless Plate presentation for each and every guest Culinary Manager Qualifications: Servant Leadership Style and Passion for People Bilingual preferred but not required 2+ years in a leadership role as a Kitchen/Culinary Manager Polished casual, upscale, or fine dining experience (preferred) No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years Experience managing a P&L, scheduling, and ordering/inventory Enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen Culinary Manager Benefits: Strong Competitive Salary Quarterly Bonus Potential Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr
