Location: Portland, Maine

About the Position

We are currently seeking a CDL B Box Truck Driver for a Temp to Perm position in Portland, Maine. The role involves delivering HVAC supplies within a 100-mile radius of Portland, with a pay rate of $28 per hour and overtime after 40 hours.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $28 per hour
Overtime: Available after 40 hours
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Start Time: 6 AM

Job Details

Route Type: Local - deliveries within 100 miles of Portland, ME
Freight: HVAC Supplies
Equipment: 26’ box truck with automatic transmission
Handling: Deliveries to job sites, warehouses, and retail stores. Large items will be customer unloaded.
Stops: 12-15 stops per day

Key Responsibilities

Deliver HVAC supplies to various locations
Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods
Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers

Minimum Requirements

9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL B License required
