What You'll Do

• Greet patients and families with warmth and genuine presence - every single time
• Schedule and confirm appointments across multiple providers and departments
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and manage patient intake with accuracy and care
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a way that puts people at ease
• Coordinate closely with nurses, physicians, and care teams to keep the day running smoothly
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
• Navigate sensitive conversations with compassion and professionalism
• Manage a fast-paced environment without ever letting a patient feel like they're being rushed

What You Bring

• 2+ years of medical front desk or administrative experience (oncology or specialty care a plus)
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification and patient intake processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to multitask without losing your cool - or your compassion
• A genuine desire to serve people during vulnerable moments
