What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care by: Implementing individualized treatment plans. Guiding patients through therapeutic exercise and functional activities. Providing balance, orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Monitoring patient progress and communicating findings with the supervising Physical Therapist. Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently. Encouraging and motivating patients throughout their rehabilitation journey. Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment. Required Skills

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current Michigan PTA license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
