If you get a kick out of sourcing the right suppliers, negotiating the best terms, and keeping inventory flowing without a hitch, this is your role. As our Purchasing Coordinator, your procurement decisions will directly drive our cost savings and keep production moving. We're a hands-on, fast-paced team where sharp negotiators and organized self-starters get noticed.

What you'll do:

• Handle inquiries on costing, lead times, and samples

• Place purchase orders with our plant and follow up on order status

• Source, evaluate, and interview suppliers based on price, quality, delivery speed, and reliability

• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms to drive cost savings

• Review purchase requisitions, prepare bid specifications, and issue purchase orders

• Monitor stock levels, forecast purchasing needs, and track incoming shipments

• Build long-term supplier relationships and resolve disputes over damaged or defective goods

• Maintain detailed records of orders, invoices, and supplier performance

What we're looking for:

• Proven purchasing, procurement, or sourcing experience

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfort managing multiple suppliers and orders at once

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Mandarin (Chinese) speaking ability is a plus - preferred, not required (helpful for communicating with overseas suppliers and factories)
