Hiring a Member Service Representative in Verona and Dodgeville Company Description Heartland Credit Union is a full-service financial cooperative based in Madison, Wisconsin, serving more than 35,000 member-owners. What you will be doing: Providing quality service to members, potential members and coworkers Accurately and efficiently processing deposits, payments, withdrawals, cashed checks, etc. and performing miscellaneous operation duties in accordance with established policies and procedures Engaging with members by recognizing needs and educating them on appropriate credit union services Understanding the technology that is available to the members and demonstrating how to use it Identifying fraudulent activity and notifying management What you will need: High school diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED) or equivalent experience Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust your communication style to your audience A positive attitude and strong desire to help others Strong computer skills Ability to promote a professional image of the credit union at all times Heartland Credit Union
