Opportunity Details The Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon collaborates with advanced practice practitioners in regard to medical management of complex gynecologic conditions and patients referred for gynecologic surgical intervention. Provides direct clinical care to patients with gynecologic conditions, including both surgical and medical management of their condition and related sequelae. Provides supervision of care by residents and medical students as it pertains to patients managed in the Gynecology division. Participates in coordination of care with diagnostic services, e.g., Radiology and Pathology, as well as other medical and surgical specialists. Qualifications Board Certified in General Obstetrics & Gynecology Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Focused Practice Designation Advanced Laparoscopy skills, preferred Robotic Surgery experience, preferred Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $346,000* (board eligible); $356,000* (board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $450,800** (board eligible) and $461,200** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below: Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $70,200***. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
