A travel pharmacist opportunity is available in Ft Bragg, CA, offering a dynamic hospital environment and a chance to broaden your clinical expertise. This role is designed for pharmacists with hospital experience who thrive in collaborative healthcare settings and are ready to contribute to patient care through medication management and team leadership.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour day shifts per week
• Full-time availability required
• Immediate start
• 26-week assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct order verification to ensure accuracy and safety of medications
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to protocols
• Collaborate closely with nurses and physicians to provide expert consultative support
• Assist with chemotherapy preparation and management, adding value with any related experience
• Utilize hospital IT systems such as Cerner and Omnicell, transitioning to Epic

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid California pharmacist license
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Ability to work full-time, flexible with a travel assignment
• Familiarity with chemotherapy protocols is a strong plus
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Cerner, Omnicell, and Epic systems
