Physical Therapist (PT) – Facility-Based | Hightstown, NJ | Part-Time / PRN | $55–$85/Visit
Are you a licensed PT tired of driving all over the state for a handful of visits? Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a part-time Physical Therapist for a defined local territory in Hightstown, NJ — covering assisted living facilities and nearby community patients, and that's it. No sprawling geography, no surprise travel, no wasted windshield time.

We deliver skilled therapy services directly to patients across New Jersey and New York, built around one idea: therapists do their best work when they're not stretched thin. Our model features tight territories, strong referral pipelines, and an admin team that handles scheduling and coordination so clinicians stay focused on care. Our therapists don't chase patients — we bring the patients to them.
What the Job Looks Like:
You'll cover a defined local territory in and around Hightstown, East Windsor, Princeton, and surrounding Mercer County communities, treating patients at assisted living facilities and nearby community settings with minimal drive time between visits. Referral flow is consistent and steady — no scrambling to fill your schedule. Your hours are flexible and yours to control, with a streamlined documentation process and a responsive admin team behind you. W2 or 1099 — your choice.

What We're Looking For:
- Active PT license in New Jersey (required).
- Reliable transportation (required).
- Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience (preferred).
