Company: We're a fast-growing roofing company specializing in storm related roof damage and
insurance restoration work. We help homeowners protect and repair their homes after severe
weather, and we're expanding our team as demand continues to grow.
POSITION: Construction Sales Representative
✅ Full TRAINING PROVIDED
✅ Earn $150,000 – $350,000+ per year
✅ Top performers earn $450,000+
We're looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable talking to people and want an
opportunity with uncapped earnings. Whether your background is in sales, customer service,
hospitality, canvassing, or another people-focused role, we would like to hear from you.
No roofing experience is required! We provide training and ongoing support to help you
succeed.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage
- Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
- Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims
- Complete paperwork and close sales
Requirements
- Sales, canvassing, or front facing experience a PLUS
- Comfortable talking with homeowners and building relationships
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Coachable, self-motivated, and dependable
- Able to climb a ladder for roof inspections and reliable transportation (car or truck)
