Machine Shop Lead

MBTA is seeking a Mechanical Sub-Foreperson to support the Machine Shop Foreperson in daily oversight of shop fabrication, mechanical repair, and overhaul activities. The role blends supervisory responsibilities with hands-on instruction, ensuring safe, accurate workmanship and ongoing employee development across the Authority.
